HTC has upgraded the One Mini,will be coming out with the HTC One Mini 2. The One Mini came with dual core processor and the One Mini 2 will house a quad core processor. The Mini 2 sports a 4.5 inch screen and also supports 4G LTE.
No word about the price tag. The handset will hit the stores in June 2014. On the hardware front it comes loaded with Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad core cortex A7 processor clocked at 1.2GHz with Adreno 305 GPU.
Handset weight is around 138 grams and is about 10.6mm thick. The touch screen is 4.5 inches supporting 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. The screen is Super LCD2 with corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS with HTC sense 6 UI will run out of the box with 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. There is micro SD support of up to 128GB.
On the HTC One Mini 2 you will find a 5MP front camera that can record 1080p videos and a rear camera of 13MP resolution with LED. The rear camera is auto focus and can also shoot 1080p videos @ 30 fps. There are accelerometer, magnetic and proximity sensors.
